Monthly YRRC Coaches Meeting

Our management team meets once a month to discuss items that affect workouts, meet schedules, YRRC website & promotion etc. We welcome member input regarding agenda items to be discussion – please email them to Fred Robbins, our Head Coach and Club Director (fred@yrrc.ca), as well as Mike Rusheleau, our Webmanager (mike@yrrc.ca).  

LABOUR DAY

Labour Day in Canada is celebrated on the first Monday of September. It originally gave workers the chance to campaign for better working conditions or pay. The day is now part of a long weekend for many Canadians.

VENUE CHANGE – XC/Jumper Workout moves to Bruce’s Mill
